Tech people split IT system support services into 4 tiers:
- Tier 1 – basic help desk and service desk support, often with minimal on-site service
- Tier 2 – in-depth support, including on-site service of servers, devices, intranet and some interaction with 3rd parties
- Tier 3 – expert support, more advanced than Tier 2 particularly in the area of non-standard servers, network and 3rd party software. Support is often performed by engineers
- Tier 4 – outside support, highly skilled support including provision of ISP, advanced networks, data centre and other engineered services
NeuStyle provides the full range of Tiered Services. We are our own ISP. This provides more control over our operations. We have a proprietary cloud and we offer cloud services for our clients. We have data center equipment in Toronto (Front Street) the Ontario hub, and in Waterloo, we also have a back-up data centre.
